Waves Costa Rica is based at the beautiful Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas hotel. Probably one of the most iconic hotels in Tamarindo, the Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas was one of the original hotels in Tamarindo. Over the years, this family owned and operated hotel has earned the reputation of a fun, lively, and friendly place to stay. A home away from home if you will.
Perched on a hill overlooking the Tamarindo Bay, the hotel features a panoramic view of the ocean from almost all of its rooms. With a wide array of suites and rooms to choose from, you can always find the right type of room. The hotel has the perfect location of being a two minute walk to the center of town, so you can be close enough to everything but still have the privacy of being on the outside of town.
Tamarindo Vista Villas also features a full restaurant, a large swimming pool with a swim-up bar, a waterfall, and secure parking, and an overall beautiful facility.
Waves Costa Rica is located on the bottom level of the hotel in the Waves Surf Shop. The shop features everything a surfer needs including wax, leashes, rash guards, sun protection, and more.
