Deposits:
All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable. Most cancellations due to medical reasons or family emergencies are covered by travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.
Payment:
Deposit payment of 50% is required on all Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventures tour packages bookings is required in our offices no later than 15 days of arrival. The rest of the payment will be done upon arrival. Please bring the total due in Cash or can also be paid for with credit card (VISA-MasterCard-American Express with an extra fee of 7%. We don't take travelers checks).
Cancellation:
International surf tours, resorts, camps and boat charters are operations for which space is limited and competitive. All Waves Costa Rica suppliers are prepaid 15 days prior to departure so that they may begin provisioning for your tour. ALL TOUR PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON¬REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from a tour or early checkouts from a resort, hotel or surf camp. There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds given for reasons pertaining to surfing conditions or weather conditions. There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds given for reasons pertaining to a global, national, or provincial political situation that does not directly pose a security threat to the safe operations of the tour in the specific region. Airport Transfers: Included airport transfers only for those guests departing from the camp to the LIB Airport. No exceptions. Special Pricing offer: The offer stated on the website "Special discount for those guest traveling together" apply only for those guests arriving at the same time, sharing rooms and departing the same time. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
At Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventures, we are so committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime.

Please read the following cancellation & refund policies so that you clearly understand them.
We do not offer cash refunds. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving an adventure early. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to another adventure within one year.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made (or any reason, including weather or personal emergencies). Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventures strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel age. If Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventures must cancel an adventure, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. You may reschedule, with no penalty. To go on another Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventure within one calendar year from the date of payment. Waves Costa Rica Surf Adventures is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. Guests who fail 10 provide personal information and signed forms prior to their adventure will not he allowed to participate in the activities. Furthermore, the above cancellation policy will apply.
