After all, what better way can you imagine spending a family vacation than enjoying our beautiful Costa Rican Surf. And, just in case you were looking to experience more thanjust Costa Rica's surf, we offer a wide variety of activities.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT
As soon as your plane lands at Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia, we will have a van waiting for you. No need to worry about waiting around, looking for a ride, renting a car, or jumping on a bus. Our driver will be outside with a sign looking for you. We want to make your vacation as easy as possible for you, no need to wait around for anyone else. You will get your baggage, get in the van, and make your way to the hotel right away. It's about a one hour drive to Tamarindo Vista Villas, so relax and enjoy the ride.

LODGING FOR THE ENTIRE STAY
Waves Costa Rica is based at the beautiful Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas hotel. Probably one of the most iconic hotels in Tamarindo, the Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas was one of the original hotels in Tamarindo. Over the years, this family owned and operated hotel has earned the reputation of a fun, lively, and friendly place to stay. A home away from home if you will.

BREAKFAST AND DINNER EACH DAY
3 of your 6 dinners will be at our favorite restaurants around town, the rest will be at the scrumptious Crazy Monkey Bar and Restaurant located at the hotel.

DAILY SURF LESSON/SURF GUIDE
Everyday for two hours you will hit the beach for a surf lesson with your instructor. Set in gentle learning waves of Tamarindo Bay, no more than 2-3 students will ever work with 1 instructor allowing for individual attention. All of the instructors are either International Surfing Association (ISA) or Federacion de Surf de Costa (FSC) certified, providing a vast amount of experience in the education of surfing. Change your life by getting your first ride, guaranteed. If you are a little more advanced, instead of receiving a surf lesson, you will get a guide to take you to all of the great spots our little piece of paradise has to offer.

A WAVES CR HOST
From the moment you arrive at Best Western Tamarindo Vista Villas, you will have your own Waves Costa Rica host to cater to your needs. We will be with you every step of the way, from breakfast and dinner, to escorting you around town, to your daily activities, tours, and of course, to take you to your surf lessons. Our goal is to pamper you and take care of you the entire time you are under our care.

A PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Whether you have worked really hard to learn to surf or whether you have just had the best surf session of your life, you are sure to want to show all of your friends. We take a surf photographer with us for one of your sessions to document the experience!

A DAILY ACTIVITY
Make the most of your days by participating in one of our daily activities. Choose from yoga, paddle boarding, beach fitness, power hikes, secluded beach tours, or mountain biking.

A LOCAL TOUR
Tamarindo, Costa Rica has so much more to offer than just surfing. You get to choose your favorite from an estuary tour, kayaking, a canopy tour, an ATV tour, or a horseback riding tour.

A FULL EXCURSION
Although this is available in seven day packages only, it is the best way to see other parts of Costa Rica. You can choose from a sailing tour, a half-day of sport fishing, a hot springs/volcano tour, or a Witch's Rock/Ollie's Point Tour. All of which are sure to be fun for the whole family.
